Secret Recovery Phrase: Your unique ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 phrase is the only way to access your self-custody ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 wallet. You must re-download the app and enter this phrase to recover it. Enable two-factor ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 authentication (2FA) after recovery for better security.

Recover your Robinhood Wallet ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 by reinstalling the app and selecting "Import or recover wallet," then entering your "Secret Recovery Phrase" or using a previous backup from iCloud/Google ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 Drive. Because it is a self-custody wallet, you must have this phrase; without it, recovery is impossible. 

Methods to Recover Your Wallet ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 Using Secret Recovery Phrase: Open the Robinhood Wallet app, ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 select "I already have a wallet," and enter the 12-word secret recovery phrase exactly as it was given.

Using Cloud Backup: If you ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 backed up your wallet to iCloud or Google Drive previously, choose that option during setup and enter your backup password.

Biometric Access: If you ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 still have access to the app but forgot your PIN, you may be able to use Face ID or biometrics to log in. 

Important Notes

Recovery ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 Phrase is Mandatory: Robinhood does not store your private keys or backup phrase. If you lost your recovery phrase, they cannot restore your wallet.

Never Share Your Phrase: ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 Anyone with your 12-word phrase can access your funds.

Asset Location: ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 Since it is a self-custody wallet, your assets are on the blockchain, not held by Robinhood. 

If you are locked ☎️+𝟣-𝟪𝟥𝟥-𝟨𝟤𝟧-𝟦𝟢𝟣𝟨 out of your phone but have your recovery phrase, download the app again and follow the steps above.
