Your site still states that a refund has been processed for the orders

Order #74824 was placed on Oct 2, 2025 and is currently Refunded.

and

Order #74686 was placed on Sep 19, 2025 and is currently Refunded.

However, to this day, I have not received anything back.

The license has been revoked, though, and I can no longer use it.

Could you tell me where the amount was transferred to?

I would really like to see this resolved.
