At WP Event Manager, we believe in maintaining transparency with our clients, especially when it comes to purchases and payments. Please go through the refund policy carefully before buying any of our premium plugins.

No Refund Policy  


WP Event Manager does not provide refunds for its premium plugins and themes once they have been purchased and downloaded. As we sell digital products that are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are considered final.

To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we provide:

  • Product demos

  • Detailed documentation

  • Support assistance before purchase

 

We strongly recommend our customers test the premium plugins through the available demo and read product details thoroughly to be 100% sure that the plugins meet their requirements before purchasing them.

 

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds  

 

We provide detailed demonstrations to customers, in which they are given admin access to a demo site. This allows them to examine the functionalities of the plugins they wish to purchase and the overall result that they will provide.

In addition to that, we have our plugin sales pages where features and functionalities are described in detail.

 

Exceptions for Refund Processing  


Refunds are only processed under exceptional circumstances involving payment errors caused by technical glitches.

A refund may be considered if:

  • A customer is charged multiple times for the same order

  • An incorrect amount is deducted due to a technical glitch

  • Multiple transactions occur mistakenly

In such cases, customers must get in touch with our support team with the following:

  • Payment proof or transaction ID

  • Order details

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once the verification is done by our team, the excess amount will be refunded to the buyer.
