Each subscription remains active for 1 year from the date of purchase and includes:

After the subscription period ends, renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support services.
Every subscription comes with a unique license key and usage limit based on the selected plan.

Unlimited-site licenses
Individual addon subscriptions
Bundle packages with multiple addons
License keys can be activated, deactivated, and reused on supported websites as per the selected subscription plan.
Your subscription will renew automatically before expiration
Billing will be done using your saved payment method
Your support and updates will continue without interruption
Customers can manage auto-renewal settings anytime from their account dashboard.
The existing plugin version may continue to work
Access to future updates will stop
Premium support access will end
Security and feature updates will no longer be available
We strongly recommend renewing subscriptions to maintain compatibility, security, and performance.
Upgrading from single-site to multi-site licenses

Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund and is subject to our refund policy.

Failure to receive or notice reminder emails does not qualify for a refund of renewal charges.
