Subscription Help

At WP Event Manager, we offer yearly subscription plans designed to provide continuous access to plugin updates, security improvements, feature enhancements, and premium support services to our customers.


Please go through our subscription policy carefully before purchasing any plugin or bundle package. The policy below is based on our official subscription guidelines and help documentation.

Subscription Duration  

As mentioned above, all WP Event Manager premium plugins and addon bundles are sold with a yearly subscription plan.

Each subscription remains active for 1 year from the date of purchase and includes:

  • Plugin access and downloads

  • Product updates

  • Security patches

  • Feature improvements

  • Premium customer support

  • License key activation

After the subscription period ends, renewal is required to continue receiving updates and support services.

License & Usage

Every subscription comes with a unique license key and usage limit based on the selected plan.

Subscription plans may include:

  • Single-site licenses

  • Multi-site licenses

  • Unlimited-site licenses

  • Individual addon subscriptions

  • Bundle packages with multiple addons

License keys can be activated, deactivated, and reused on supported websites as per the selected subscription plan.

Automatic Renewal  

To ensure uninterrupted access to our plugin updates and support, subscriptions may be renewed automatically if auto-renewal is enabled during purchase.
With auto-renewal enabled:
  • Your subscription will renew automatically before expiration

  • Billing will be done using your saved payment method

  • Your support and updates will continue without interruption

Customers can manage auto-renewal settings anytime from their account dashboard.

Manual Renewal  

Customers who disable auto-renewal can manually renew their subscription by simply sending an email to us before the subscription expires.
If the subscription is not renewed:
  • The existing plugin version may continue to work

  • Access to future updates will stop

  • Premium support access will end

  • Security and feature updates will no longer be available

We strongly recommend renewing subscriptions to maintain compatibility, security, and performance.

Subscription Upgrades  

Customers can switch from their existing subscription plans to higher plans based on their requirements.
Examples include:
  • Upgrading from single-site to multi-site licenses

  • Moving from individual add-ons to bundle packages

  • Switching to advanced subscription tiers

Upgrade requests can be made by contacting the WP Event Manager support team.

Subscription Cancellation  

Customers may cancel automatic renewal at any time from their account dashboard.
After cancellation:
  • The current subscription will remain active until its expiration date

  • Future renewals will stop

  • Access to updates and support will end after the subscription expires

Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund and is subject to our refund policy.

Renewal Reminder Emails  

WP Event Manager sends subscription renewal reminder emails before the subscription expiry date.
These reminder emails are sent to the registered email address associated with the customer account.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active and accessible email address

  • Checking spam or junk folders

  • Managing subscription renewal preferences

Failure to receive or notice reminder emails does not qualify for a refund of renewal charges.

Payment Information  

Customers can update or modify their payment methods at any time through their account dashboard to ensure smooth subscription renewals and uninterrupted service.
