Cannot Resend Tickets
I need to reemail ticket to customer. It says to do this but I do not have have Resend Order Emails - Ticket in #6
I only have the image below as options.
Resend a ticket from the WordPress Dashboard
1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
3. Find the order for which you need to resend the ticket. You can search for the order by the client's name or order number.
4. Click on the order number or the client's name to edit the order details.
5. On the Edit Order page, find the Order Actions box, typically located in the top right-hand corner.
6. Click the dropdown menu and select the Resend order emails > Tickets option.
7. Click the small refresh or arrow icon next to the dropdown menu to trigger the email resend.
The ticket email will be sent to the customer's billing email address associated with that order.
