We are facing a long-standing issue with the WP Event Manager – Sell Tickets addon. The problem occurs repeatedly and affects our ability to manage events properly.
Paid tickets are automatically deleted without any manual action.
The “Maximum Tickets Allowed Per Order” field randomly resets to 0.
In some cases, the ticket time field resets to 00:00:00 on its own.
Deactivated and reactivated both WP Event Manager and Sell Tickets plugins.
Confirmed that the license key is active and valid.
Despite these steps, the issue continues, and we are unable to resolve it. We need assistance in identifying the root cause and fixing this problem as soon as possible.
