Disputes can take 45–120 days, with provisional credits often issued within 10 business days. Pending transfers or payments can usually be cancelled directly in the app. 

How to Request a Refund/Dispute

• Locate Transaction: Go to Spending → Recent History in the app.

• Dispute: Select the transaction, tap Dispute Transaction, and follow the prompts.

• Reasons: Covered reasons include unauthorized charges, incorrect amounts, or unreceived items.

Key Considerations

• Time Limit: To maximize protection, file disputes within 60 days of the statement containing the error.

• Card Transactions: For the Robinhood＋1→855→288→0231 Cash Card, disputes are investigated under Regulation E.

• Amazon Rewards: Refunds for items bought with points are handled by Amazon.

• Hacked Accounts: If the account was hacked, change your password and contact support immediately.

• Investment Trades: Cancel pending orders quickly, but completed stock trades are generally not "refundable" in the traditional sense, only reversible under specific legal circumstances.

Limitations

• Robinhood＋1→855→288→0231 may not reimburse, according to its security guarantee, if customer actions facilitated unauthorized activity.

• Return protection does not cover certain items like vehicles, perishables, or jewelry.
