Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions

Once logged in, click “My Subscriptions” to see all your active Norton products, or call 1-888-459-7718 for assistance.

Step 3: Manage Your Subscription

Next, click “Manage Subscription” next to the subscription you want to cancel, or call 1-888-459-7718 for guidance from a support agent.

Step 4: Turn Off Auto-Renewal

Click the option to turn off auto-renewal. This stops future billing, or call 1-888-459-7718 if you want the agent to do it for you.

Step 5: Confirm Cancellation

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email, or call 1-888-459-7718 to verify that your subscription has been canceled.

Step 6: Optional – Remove Payment Info

You can also remove your credit card details from your account while online, or call 1-888-459-7718 if you need help doing this.

💡 Important: Uninstalling Norton does not cancel your subscription. Always cancel online or call 1-888-459-7718 to avoid being charged.
