The 2026 Valspar Championship is currently underway at the Innisbrook Resort's Copperhead Course in Palm Harbor, Florida. The tournament's official competition rounds began today, Thursday, March 19, and will conclude on Sunday, March 22. 

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the event features a $9.1 million purse, with the winner set to receive $1,638,000. Viktor Hovland is the defending champion after winning the 2025 title. l

The Snake Pit: The course is famous for its grueling three-hole finishing stretch (holes 16, 17, and 18) known as the "Snake Pit".

Valspar LIVE: Country stars Tyler Hubbard and Lee Brice are scheduled to perform on Saturday, March 21, at approximately 6:30 p.m. following play.

Fan Experiences: On-site attractions include the Michelob ULTRA Club, Frenchy's Pool Party, and the Cabot Cheese Deck.

Field Updates: Several notable players have recently withdrawn, including Akshay Bhatia, Robert MacIntyre, and Keith Mitchell. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is also not in the field this week.

Free Admission for Kids: Children 15 and under are admitted free to the grounds all week with a paid adult.

Heroes Appreciation: For 2026, the first 500 healthcare workers and first responders with valid ID each day receive free "Heroes Appreciation Tickets".
